• Work cooperatively with other trades

• Prioritise  customer satisfaction

•  Prompt Communication- Members are expected to respond to enquiries from Manilva Builder or clients within 24 hours whenever reasonably possible.

Trusted Trade Agreement

Every Trusted Trade Signs Our Agreement.

Before any work begins, every tradesperson working through the Manilva Builder Trusted Trade Network signs our Trusted Trade Agreement

This agreement reminds every contactor of the professional standards we expect, including:

• Respectful and professional conduct.

• Honest and transparent quotations

• Clear communication throughout the job.

• Quality workmanship.

• Working with us to resolve any issues promptly.

• No final payment to be requested until the agreed work has been completed and the client has had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the work.

A copy of our Trusted Trades Agreement is available on request and can be sent to any tradesperson before they are assigned a job, so they can review the terms and standards expected before accepting work through Manilva Builder.​
